Angie Lane

Angela Lane is currently the Chief Development Officer at Houston Ballet since 2014. Prior to this, Angela held positions such as Director of Development at Houston Grand Opera, Development Director at American National Red Cross, and Communications Coordinator at CIVICUS. With a strong background in fundraising, Angela also serves as an Instructor at Rice University's Susanne M. Glasscock School of Continuing Studies, teaching courses such as Introduction to Fundraising and Advanced Principles of Fundraising. Angela holds a BA in Political Science from Indiana University Bloomington, MA in Philanthropic Studies and MPA from Indiana University Indianapolis, and an MA in Public Communications from American University. Angela presented at the 2021 Best Boards Conference.
