Erika Jordan

Erika Jordan is a seasoned professional in philanthropy and individual giving, currently serving as the Director of Individual Giving at Houston Ballet since September 2022. Previously, Erika held the position of Director of Individual Giving at Houston Symphony from March 2021 to September 2022, where Erika played a vital role in maintaining musical performances during the pandemic. Erika's experience also includes leading the Philanthropy program as Senior Manager at Melbourne Symphony Orchestra from November 2016 to February 2020, where Erika successfully enhanced donor relationships and increased program metrics. Earlier roles included significant contributions to major gifts programs at the National Stroke Foundation and WETA, showcasing a consistent ability to engage and cultivate donor support. Erika holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Affairs and German Language & Literature from the University of Virginia.
