Jon Nordby

Jon Nordby is a business leader with a focus on HR technology and recruiting. Jon is currently an advisory board member for Startup Genome, and previously held the position of Director of Strategy at Houston Exponential. Prior to that, they were the Co-Founder of Hirable and an advisor for JobMedic. Jon has also been the Vice President of Talent and Innovation at Greater Houston Partnership. In this role, they helped business leaders recruit and transition the modern workforce. Jon is also experienced in selling cutting edge social recruiting SaaS platforms and partnering with enterprise organizations to help them understand the job seeker behaviors of the millennial workforce.

Jon Nordby has a business administration and management degree from the University of Houston. Jon also has a diploma in automotive repair and technology from UTI.
