Zakkiyyiah Fuzzell

Zakkiyyiah Fuzzell is currently working as a Clinical Intake Coordinator at Houston Hospice since February 2022. Prior to this role, Zakkiyyiah worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse at East Bank Center from July 2017 to October 2021, specializing in Post Acute Rehabilitation. Zakkiyyiah has also held positions as a Licensed Practical Nurse at Presence Health and BrightStar Care, focusing on home health and hospice care settings. With a background in nursing care dating back to 2004, Zakkiyyiah has experience in medication administration, wound care, IVs, and providing skilled care to Alzheimer's patients. Zakkiyyiah holds a Practical Nursing Diploma from Brown Mackie College and completed a Nursing Assistant program at Rock Valley College.
