Ricardo Harris

Ricardo Harris currently works as a Compliance Manager at Houston Housing Authority since June 2022, previously serving as the Assistant Director of Asset Management at the Housing Authority of Kansas City, MO from April 2009 to June 2022. With a background in asset management, Ricardo has also held roles as an Asset Manager and Tenant Selection Manager at the same organization. Prior to their work in housing authorities, Ricardo worked at Sprint as a Supervisor of Material Operations. Ricardo completed their education at Central State University from 1992 to 1995.
