Janá Debow

Janá DeBow has a diverse work experience in various roles related to recruitment and enrollment services. Janá started their career as an Account Executive at New Horizons Computer Learning Center in 2004, where they were responsible for driving enrollment growth in IT and project management training programs. In the same year, they joined Nova Southeastern University as an Assistant Director, where they oversaw public relations, admissions, enrollment services, and program development activities. Janá consistently exceeded application and enrollment targets and developed partnerships with educational organizations. In 2012, they became a Recruitment Coordinator at the University of Houston-Victoria, where they were the primary recruiter for the Second Degree BSN program at multiple campuses. Currently, they are working as a Recruitment Team Lead at Houston ISD.

Janá DeBow received their Master's degree in Management Information Systems from Nova Southeastern University in 2001. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Howard University between 1993 and 1996. Janá completed their high school education at St. Thomas Aquinas High School from 1987 to 1991. Additionally, they attended Saint Anthony School, but no specific dates or degrees are provided for this educational experience.
