Janá DeBow has a diverse work experience in various roles related to recruitment and enrollment services. Janá started their career as an Account Executive at New Horizons Computer Learning Center in 2004, where they were responsible for driving enrollment growth in IT and project management training programs. In the same year, they joined Nova Southeastern University as an Assistant Director, where they oversaw public relations, admissions, enrollment services, and program development activities. Janá consistently exceeded application and enrollment targets and developed partnerships with educational organizations. In 2012, they became a Recruitment Coordinator at the University of Houston-Victoria, where they were the primary recruiter for the Second Degree BSN program at multiple campuses.
