Meagan Tunstall Sutton

Meagan Tunstall Sutton is an accomplished professional in talent management and organizational development, currently serving as Vice President of Talent Management at Houston Methodist since March 2017. In this role, Meagan leads the systemwide talent lifecycle, overseeing teams focused on Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, and Leadership and Learning. Prior to this position, Meagan held various roles including Director of Leadership Development and Senior Organization Development Consultant at Houston Methodist. Meagan has also contributed to academia as a Lecturer at Rice University Jones Graduate School of Business. Previous experience includes significant positions at MD Anderson Cancer Center, where Meagan managed change enablement strategies and business transformation initiatives. Meagan holds a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Master's degree from the University of Houston, along with a Bachelor's degree from Abilene Christian University.
