Joey Stefani

Joey Stefani currently serves as the Football Assistant Equipment Manager for the Houston Texans and has been in this position since September 2023. Prior to this role, Joey owned an NFL Flag football organization and worked in youth sports programs at Woodlands Sportsplex. Experience includes supervisory and managerial roles at various organizations such as the Saratoga Union School District and the Los Gatos Saratoga Recreation Department. Previously, Joey held the position of Equipment Manager for the San Francisco 49ers and assisted in management at Play Flag Football. Joey's career began in recreation leadership with positions at North County Recreation & Park District and Play Flag Football (Non-Profit Organization), alongside a background in mechanics at NAPA AUTO PARTS. Joey holds a degree in Recreation and Leadership Administration from San Jose State University, obtained in 2010.
