Quentin Smith

Quentin Smith currently serves as a Partner at Vinson & Elkins since January 2021, following a tenure as Counsel and Associate from September 2012 to December 2020. In addition to this role, Quentin holds positions as General Counsel and Board Member for Theatre Under The Stars since February 2019 and as a Trustee for the Houston Symphony since March 2020. Prior experience includes a Law Clerk role at the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit and various summer associate positions at top law firms. Quentin earned a J.D. with honors from the University of Michigan Law School and a B.A. in Political Science, magna cum laude, from Morehouse College.
