Alexandra Pruner

Alexandra “Alie” Pruner is an independent director of Plains All American; NRG Energy; and Encino Acquisition Partners; and also serves as Senior Advisor to Houston-based investment bank Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Co. and its parent company Perella Weinberg Partners, where she previously served as CFO. In addition to the Houston Zoo Board, Alie is Chair of the Advisory Board for the Children’s Defense Fund in Texas, as well as Chair of Brown University’s President’s Advisory Council on the Economics Department. She also founded the Women’s Global Leadership Conference in Energy and Technology.
