Ilse Bom

Ilse Bom is an accomplished legal professional with a focus on corporate law and notarial practice. Since February 2022, Ilse has held the position of Kandidaat-notaris | Associate in Corporate M&A at Houthoff. Prior to this, Ilse worked at Pels Rijcken as a Kandidaat-notaris Ondernemingsrecht from October 2021 to February 2022, after a brief stint at Houthoff as a Student-stagiaire in early 2021. Ilse gained foundational experience in corporate and real estate law through various internships, including positions at Pels Rijcken and Trip Advocaten & Notarissen. Furthermore, Ilse has contributed to academia as an Onderwijsassistent Ondernemingsrecht at the University of Groningen. Ilse holds two Master of Laws (LLM) degrees from the University of Groningen, specializing in Notarieel recht, Ondernemingsrecht, Arbeidsrecht, and Privaatrecht.
