Jonathan Rekker

Jonathan Rekker serves as a Lecturer and PhD candidate at Radboud University Nijmegen since September 2021 and also holds the position of Editorial Secretary at EIRJ from October 2023. In addition, Jonathan performs as a Professional Support Lawyer at Houthoff since February 2021. Prior roles at Radboud University include Junior docent/onderzoeker Burgerlijk Recht and Werkgroepdocent Privaatrecht. Jonathan's early career includes internships in legal roles at ING Nederland, Allen & Overy, and Stibbe. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws from Radboud University and a Bachelor of Laws from Utrecht University, complemented by studies at Utrecht Law College and Stedelijk Gymnasium Arnhem. Jonathan's research experience involved contributing to the project "Spiegelbijeenkomsten in de Rechtspraak" under the guidance of Philip Langbroek and Martijn van Gils while studying at Universiteit Utrecht.
