Paul is a Buyer Agent Specialist for Houwzer, Inc. and has five years of experience as a Realtor and over 25 years of experience leading and managing several international development projects throughout Africa and Asia. Paul has pursued his passion for helping communities obtain affordable housing throughout his career and continues to do so by helping communities in Maryland and in Washington, DC to obtain access to homeownership. As a Certified International Properties Specialist (CIPS), Paul is proud to welcome international buyers to the United States and help them find residential or investment properties that meet their needs.
