Lucy M. Salazar

Lucy M. Salazar, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as a Senior Business Partner in People Services at Houzz since October 2021. Previously, Lucy held the position of Senior People Business Partner at Yelp from November 2010 to July 2020, contributing to significant growth in the Phoenix office and overseeing the Chicago Sales Office and San Francisco Sales People team. Lucy's experience also includes serving as a Sr. Human Resources Generalist at Enghouse Interactive, Human Resources Manager and VP at Western National Bank, and HR Director and Vice President at Bank of America, where strategic HR initiatives were implemented across various regions and during multiple acquisitions. Lucy earned a BBA in Economics from the University of Miami Herbert Business School.
