Parvinder S. Chadha

Mr. Chadha brings over 37 years of experience in building businesses in the Americas, Europe and Asia. His business model – invest, innovate and scale, combined with his hands-on involvement in the entire portfolio, have proven to be invaluable assets to the growth and development of the group. Par’s accomplishments include numerous mergers, acquisitions and public offerings. Over the last two decades he has been responsible for delivering more than ~ $3 billion in shareholder value.

Mr. Chadha holds a B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Punjab Engineering College, India, and completed graduate-level coursework in computer science at the Illinois Institute of Technology.
