Michael F Barry

Michael F Barry is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as Senior Managing Director and Head of Northeast/Mid-Atlantic Regions at Hovde Group since February 2023. Barry has held prominent roles in various firms, including Managing Director positions at Performance Trust Capital Partners, Piper Jaffray, and Sterne Agee, where Barry was also Head of Bank M&A. Prior experience includes serving as Managing Director & Head of FIG M&A at Stifel Nicolaus Weisel and as Head of the US Depositories Group at Merrill Lynch. Barry holds an AB Summa Cum Laude in Politics from Princeton University and an MBA with Distinction in Finance from The Wharton School.
