Tricia Andrist

Tricia Andrist is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Hoveround Corporation since May 2023, Tricia previously held the position of HR Administration Specialist at Graymont from July 2022 to May 2023. Prior to that, Tricia worked as the Human Resources Manager at the Orthopedic & Sports Institute of the Fox Valley from May 2018 to July 2022 and as an HR Advisor at Graymont from September 2014 to May 2018. Tricia's career in HR began as an HR Specialist at Dawes Rigging & Crane Rental, Inc. from August 2001 to September 2014, and earlier as an Office Supervisor at Adecco Staffing, USA. Tricia holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work with minors in Criminal Justice and Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
