Ryan Baird

Ryan Baird is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in investment banking and technology development. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Baird Augustine since January 2023 and as Chief Executive Officer for the Stealth FinTech Startup Alpha Beta, Ryan has a strong background in fostering innovative companies. As a General Partner at Asymmetrical Alpha, Ryan focuses on strategic investments in category-leading companies. Additionally, Ryan founded Focus On Risk and has held advisory roles, including a position on the Advisory Board for Publish Brand, Inc. Previously, Ryan served as CEO of LYKA, where $35 million was raised to advance technology for content creators. Other notable roles include Venture Partner at GWC Inc and Corporate Development Director at Cashplay. Ryan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing from San Jose State University.
