Noman Salim

Noman Salim, MBA, CPA has over 18 years of work experience in finance and leadership roles. Noman is currently serving as the Regional Finance Director at Hovione since September 2021. Prior to this, Noman worked at Johnson & Johnson for 14 years, where they held various positions including Senior Finance Manager in Business Development and Mergers & Acquisition, Finance Manager, Team Lead, and Interim Finance Manager.

Before joining Johnson & Johnson, Noman worked at the University of Florida as an IT Helpdesk Supervisor and at Royal Caribbean International as an IT Specialist. Noman has a strong background in financial analysis, strategic planning, portfolio management, and business partnering.

Noman Salim, MBA, CPA, obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Florida in 2006. In 2012, they attended Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, where they earned an MBA with a focus on Strategy. Additionally, they hold the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from Massachusetts.
