Yuken Kyoyama

Yuken Kyoyama currently serves as General Manager at Hovione Limited in Japan since January 2023. Prior to this role, Yuken held the position of Business Director - Country Head for Health Care at Evonik Japan Co., Ltd. from 2015 to December 2022. Yuken's extensive career includes roles such as Vice President & Co-Representative Director at Capsugel Japan (2002-2015) and General Manager of the Production Equipment Group at Ingersoll Rand Japan (1998-2002). In the earlier part of the career, Yuken held various managerial positions within the Pharma and Chemical sectors at Rhone-Poulenc Group from 1987 to 1998 and worked as a Sales & Marketing Representative at Robert Bosch Japan from 1981 to 1987. Yuken completed executive training at CEDEP at INSEAD and holds a degree from Waseda University.
