Tom Greenleaf

Tom Greenleaf is an experienced HR professional with a comprehensive background in human resources and recruitment. Currently serving as HR Manager at Hovis Ltd since April 2019, Tom oversees HR operations and maintains high standards of care within the organization. Previous roles include HR Systems Advisor and HR Advisor, where Tom provided crucial support to HR, Payroll, and management teams. Prior to Hovis, Tom held positions at Beck & Pollitzer as HR & Recruitment Advisor, and at Invenio Recruitment as a Recruitment Consultant. With a solid foundation in customer service and retail management from companies such as JD Sports and French Connection, Tom also holds a Level 5 CIPD qualification in HR Management from London South East Colleges.
