Rachel Costantino has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Rachel is currently working as the Co-Founder and VP of Product at Hovr, a venture-backed technology company focused on revolutionizing the way people engage with brands and each other on the internet. In this role, they build products for marketing teams to increase engagement from their website visitors. Rachel also served as the Head of Design at Hovr for a short period.
Prior to Hovr, Rachel worked as a Senior User Experience Designer at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from November 2019 to February 2021, where they contributed to the development of user experiences.
Rachel was the Product Design Lead at Wade & Wendy from October 2018 to November 2019. Before that, they worked as a UX/UI Designer at the same company from January 2018 to October 2018.
Rachel also held roles at other organizations, including brickly, where they worked as the Design Lead from August 2017 to November 2017, and as a Product Designer from June 2017 to September 2017. Rachel worked as a Freelance Designer at T Brand Studio from November 2016 to June 2017, at HUSH from September 2016 to October 2016, and at Citia from July 2016 to October 2016.
Additionally, Rachel pursued their education at the School of Visual Arts, where they were a Graduate Student from September 2014 to May 2016. Rachel also gained internship experience at Milton Glaser, Inc. as an Intern from June 2015 to December 2015.

Rachel completed their high school education at Homestead High School, graduating in 2007.
