Lisa Darius

Lisa Darius has worked in a variety of roles since 2012. Her earliest experience was as an Event Management Apprentice with Palace GmbH, where they were responsible for staff planning and recruiting, as well as B2B meetings and privately organised events. In 2014, they took on an Intern role with World Cities Network, where they supported the Network in areas of research, event management and member support. Lisa also worked as an Administrative Assistant and Shift Supervisor with HANS IM GLÜCK German Burgergrill during this time. In 2016, they became a FOH Assistant with The Kings Theatre, where they acted as the first point of contact for customers and initiated two marketing projects in cooperation with the University of Portsmouth. In 2017, they took on a Retail Assistant role with Wimbledon - The All England Lawn Tennis Club (Championships) Limited, where they were mainly responsible on the shop floor upselling the Ladies Wimbledon Collection. Lisa also worked as a Service- & Promotion with GOP Varieté Mönster GmbH & Co. KG, where they created an overall indulging and luxurious experience for visitors. In 2018, they took on the roles of Activities Manager and Shore Excursion Supervisor with AIDA Cruises, where they conducted professional training and offered operational and administrative assistance. Most recently, in 2020, they have worked as a Recruiting & People Operations, People Operations and Administrative Assistant with how.fm, and as a Product Management & Management Assistant with Müller-Touristik, where they acted as Demand Manager during the development of a new product database and developed a digital solution to analyse customer satisfaction.

Lisa Darius is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Personalentwicklung at IU International University of Applied Sciences. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from the University of Portsmouth from 2016 to 2018, and a Bachelor of Arts in European Business Programme from FH Münster from 2015 to 2018. Lisa also obtained an Event Management Assistant qualification from Hansaschule-Berufskolleg Münster from 2013 to 2015. Additionally, they are certified as a Trainer for Vocational Education in Germany by IHK Nord Westfalen, which they obtained in August 2018.
