Kirsten Anderson

Kirsten Anderson is an experienced professional in clinical development and operations within the life sciences sector, currently serving as a WIN Mentor for Founders and Entrepreneurs at Life Science Washington Institute and as a Clinical Development Affiliate at Cascadia Drug Development Group. Additionally, Kirsten holds the position of Venture Capital Limited Partner at How Women Invest. Previously, as Chief Operating Officer at Xentria, Inc., Kirsten led strategic and operational initiatives, including the development of a $700M IP strategy. Kirsten’s extensive experience also includes senior leadership roles at Presage Biosciences, Monopar Therapeutics, OncoGenex Pharmaceuticals, Sonus Pharmaceuticals, Xcyte Therapies, and Immunex, with a strong focus on clinical trial execution, regulatory strategies, and operational infrastructure. Kirsten holds a Master’s degree in Biotech Enterprise from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Vermont.
