Malinda Holland currently serves as a Limited Partner at How Women Invest, an early stage venture capital firm focused on empowering high-potential female founders, particularly women of color. Previously, Malinda worked as a Community Outreach Specialist at Women's Empowerment, where efforts centered on building community relationships and raising awareness of programs aimed at helping women facing homelessness. Malinda's extensive experience also includes a long tenure at Intel Corporation, where roles ranged from Senior Technical Marketing Engineer to volunteer positions such as New Employee Orientation facilitator and Program Manager for the STEAM Education Initiative. Additionally, Malinda founded Computers 4 Less, a business specializing in computer repair and technology consulting. Malinda holds a degree from California State University-Sacramento.
