Patrick Gibbons

Chief Medical Director at Howard Brown Health Center

Dr. Patrick Gibbons is a Family Medicine Physician who believes in fostering a strong patient-provider relationship and empowering patients to achieve a better state of overall health and wellness. He is a member of the American Osteopathic Association and the American Academy of HIV Medicine. He received his medical degree from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and his bachelor’s degree from Miami University of Ohio. In 2013, Dr. Gibbons came to Howard Brown after completing his residency at Advocate Christ Medical Center. During his time at Howard Brown, he has served as both a medical provider and the site medical director at Howard Brown Health Halsted, and, in 2021, he became the Chief Medical Director for Howard Brown Health. Dr. Gibbons is passionate about delivering quality, comprehensive healthcare to underserved communities.
