Chuck Stephens

Chuck Stephens has over three decades of experience in the concrete industry. Currently serving as the Concrete Division Manager at Howard Companies since July 2019, Chuck has previously held various positions at Rieth-Riley Construction Co., Inc. from April 2001, including Concrete Superintendent and Concrete Paving Foreman. Earlier in Chuck's career, a role as Concrete Foreman and Laborer at Hunt Paving spanned from May 1989 to April 2001. Chuck's foundational education was completed at Rushville High School from 1982 to 1986.
