Kelly A. Cimino

Kelly A. Cimino is the Director at Howard County Housing and Community Development. Kelly previously worked as the Division Chief of Homeownership Programs for Howard County Government from November 2008 to August 2016. In this role, they supervised a team that administered affordable housing programs, including rental and homeownership opportunities, downpayment assistance loans, housing repair loans and acquisition/rehabilitation, for Howard County residents.

Kelly has a passion for helping others achieve homeownership and improve their living conditions. Kelly is dedicated to their work and takes great pride in providing quality affordable housing options for residents of Howard County.
