Quanita Kareem

Quanita Kareem has extensive experience in compliance and legal support, currently serving as a Compliance Officer for Howard County Government since January 2005. In this role, Quanita is responsible for managing all local, state, and federal reports related to funding for the Howard County Housing Commission and ensures compliance with various housing programs. Previously, Quanita held the position of Senior Paralegal at the Howard County Housing Commission from January 2014 to 2016, focusing on contracts management and technical services. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Paralegal at Franklin & Prokopik, where responsibilities involved defense litigation for personal injury and workers' compensation cases. Quanita is an alumnus of the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
