John Spillner, CMI, has extensive experience in property tax management, currently serving as Sr. Manager of Property Tax at Howard Energy Partners since August 2018. Prior to this role, John was the Senior Property Tax Manager at MarkWest Energy Partners, LP, from September 2007 to July 2018. John Spillner holds a degree from the University of Tampa.
