Nicholas Chapie

Nicholas Chapie is a seasoned business attorney and partner at Howard & Howard Attorneys PLLC since March 2018, specializing in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, finance, and employment matters for small to medium-sized privately held companies, private equity firms, investors, and financial institutions. Previous experience includes partnership at Abbott Nicholson, PC and Strobl & Sharp PC, where work involved transactional law and commercial litigation related to banking, corporate, and real estate law. Nicholas has also contributed to the Redman Law Firm and Bieri & Ames, and gained legal exposure at Pulte Homes and Alaris Consulting (PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP). Nicholas holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University.
