Kim Eatley

Kim Eatley has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kim started their career as a Loss Prevention Detective at Gap Inc./Banana Republic in 2008 and then moved on to a similar role at Bloomingdale's in 2009. In 2010, Kim worked as an IT Specialist Level I at The Art Institute of Dulles. Kim then joined Best Buy as a Technology Education Agent from 2012 to 2013, followed by a brief stint as a Creative at Apple. Kim also worked as a Fashion Photographer at Kim Ly Photography from 2011 to 2017. Kim returned to Apple as an Apple Solutions Consultant from 2014 to 2019, where they exhibited strong sales, product knowledge, and leadership skills. Starting in 2019, Kim joined the Howard Hughes Medical Institute as a Technology Specialist, first at the Level I position and then moving up to the Level II position as a Virtual Conference Technology Support Lead in 2020. Throughout their career, Kim has demonstrated a strong technical aptitude, customer service skills, and a passion for technology and creativity.

Kim Eatley obtained a Bachelor's degree in Photography from jobs in Washington-Northern Virginia from 2010 to 2013. Furthermore, they have additional certifications including Jamf Certified Tech and Jamf Certified Associate from Jamf, Essentials of Project Management from the American Management Association, and CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Network+ from CompTIA.
