Kyle Phillips

Kyle Phillips has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Kyle is currently serving as the Co-head of Sports at Howard Kennedy LLP since April 2023 alongside their role as a Partner which they started in June 2021. Before that, Kyle worked at Fieldfisher as a Director from July 2019 to June 2021 and as a Senior Associate from December 2018 to June 2021. At Fieldfisher, they primarily dealt with business crime related issues such as bribery, corruption, fraud, and money-laundering, often involving multi-jurisdictional investigations. Prior to that, they had a significant role as a Senior Associate at Howard Kennedy from January 2016 to December 2018, specializing in business crime and regulatory matters. Kyle also gained experience in the legal profession through their roles as a Solicitor at Slater & Gordon Lawyers (UK) from January 2014 to January 2016 and as a Solicitor at GCR Solicitors from March 2009 to December 2013. At Slater & Gordon Lawyers, they worked extensively on cases involving bribery, conspiracy to defraud, misleading the public revenue, and Forex investigations. During their time at GCR Solicitors, they completed their training contract and gained experience as a police station representative, litigator, and advocate in the Magistrates Court and the Crown Court. Kyle's earlier experience includes working as a Paralegal at Walker Morris LLP and as a Teacher at Haydon Bridge High School.

Kyle Phillips attended The Manchester Metropolitan University from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained a BA (hons) in Physical Education Secondary Education. Kyle then attended Northumbria University from 2006 to 2008, where they completed a Graduate Diploma in Law / Legal Practice Course, focusing on the field of Law.
