Tom Arnold

Tom Arnold is an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in financial services and consulting. Currently, Tom serves as a Business Analyst at both C. Hoare & Co. and Howard Lock Consulting Ltd since June and April 2024, respectively. Prior to these roles, Tom was a Lead Business Analyst at Lloyds Banking Group from November 2022 to April 2024, and held several business analyst positions at GlobalData Plc, Pearson, and Lloyds Banking Group. With a career that began in 2010 at Barclays as a Senior Business Analyst, Tom has cultivated expertise in business analysis across various organizations, including GSK and Aberdeen Asset Management.
