Gayner Durden

Gayner Durden has extensive experience in the intermodal transportation and logistics industry, currently serving in an intermodal drayage role at Howard Sheppard, LLC since November 2022. Previously, Gayner held the position of General Manager at Specialized Delivery Systems, LLC, where responsibilities included managing dispatch, customer service operations, and the development of policies for drayage operations. Gayner also served as Terminal Manager at TMX INTERMODAL, focusing on startup growth, and was a Yard Supervisor at TradePort Logistics, LLC, initiating a drayage operation. Prior tenure at Howard Sheppard, LLC included roles as Terminal Manager, where Gayner launched a new operation in Charleston, and Human Resources Manager, overseeing HR functions for a 500-person company. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Special Education and Teaching and a Bachelor of Education in Special Education and Teaching from Georgia College & State University, along with an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Georgia Military College.
