Ronnie Collins has a strong background in environmental health and safety, with experience spanning over two decades. Ronnie has held various leadership roles in different companies, including Howard Shockey & Sons, Inc., Newell Rubbermaid, Shockey Precast, Specialty Granules Inc., Titan America, and Thrall Car Manufacturing Company.

At Howard Shockey & Sons, Inc., Ronnie served as the Director of Environmental Health and Safety. Ronnie managed the overall environmental, health, and safety program for the General Contractor Construction division. Ronnie was responsible for implementing structural and behavioral changes to transform the safety culture of the organization, resulting in a 50% reduction in OSHA recordables, TRIR, LTA, and Dart Rate in the first year. Ronnie Collins earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering Technology from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. Ronnie attended the university from 1981 to 1985. In addition to their degree, Ronnie has obtained two certifications: Certified Mine Safety Professional from ISMSP in April 2010, and Certified Professional Environmental Auditor in Health & Safety from The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc. in February 2002.
