Associate Athletics Director For Student Athlete Health, Wellness And Performance at Howard University

Collin Francis has a diverse work experience in the field of sports health and wellness. Collin started their career at Morgan State University as the Head Football Athletic Trainer from July 2013 to February 2015. Collin then moved on to Indiana University Bloomington where they served as the Assistant Football Athletic Trainer, Director of Rehab, and Interim Head Football Athletic Trainer from February 2015 to April 2018.

In 2018, Collin joined the Baltimore Ravens as an Assistant Athletic Trainer, a position they held until November 2023. During their time with the Ravens, they gained valuable experience in professional football.

In 2020, Collin took on a leadership role as the Executive Director of The Baltimore Area Sports Health Initiative, where they continued to contribute to the field of sports health. Additionally, they also worked as a Corporate Wellness Coach at Sans Fitness Enterprises.
