Morayo Adeyemi

Morayo Adeyemi currently serves as the Vice President of Tech for Change at Howard University and has held multiple leadership roles, including Director of the CEA Student HUB, aimed at preparing students for various opportunities in engineering and architecture. As a student researcher, Morayo investigates AI algorithms related to anxiety detection through online behaviors under Dr. Andy. Participation in the Karsh STEM Scholars Program highlights Morayo's commitment to encouraging minorities in STEM. Other experiences include research at Brown University in socially-responsible AI, an internship at Google focusing on detection algorithms, and previous roles in tutoring computer science to young children and assisting in nonprofit operations. Morayo is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at Howard University, having also engaged in dual enrollment at the Illinois Institute of Technology.
