Ritesh Kafle is a Data Engineer at Amazon, focusing on infrastructure development for team optimization within Amazon's Operations and Transportation Business since May 2024. Concurrently, Ritesh serves as a Research Assistant at Howard University, contributing to a National Science Foundation-funded project involving quantum dots and conducting advanced electronic structure calculations. Additionally, Ritesh fulfills the role of Teaching Assistant for the CSCI-100 course at Howard University and co-coordinates the Google Developer Student Clubs' Solution Challenge. Previous experiences include a Market Madness Scholar position at Goldman Sachs, participation in Meta's Above and Beyond Computer Science Program, and internships focused on technical writing and marketing strategy at Takeo, as well as graphic design at BloomED. Ritesh is currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering at Howard University, having previously earned a diploma in Computer Engineering from Kalika Manavgyan Secondary School.
