Currently serving as the Additive Manufacturing Director at Howco Group since October 2019, Conrad previously held various engineering roles at Baker Hughes from March 2014 to October 2019, including Engineering Manager and Additive Manufacturing Design Team Lead. Before Baker Hughes, Conrad worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer at 3U Technologies from September 2004 to December 2013, focusing on mechanical component design and FEA analysis for offshore and underground drilling projects. Initial engineering experiences include a position at Hughes Christensen in 2003-2004. Conrad holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma, earned in 2002.
