Rachael White

Rachael White has extensive work experience in HR operations and HRIS. Rachael currently holds the position of Group Head of HR Operations and HRIS at Howden Group Holdings since December 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Harrods as the Head of HR Services, Systems and Transformation from July 2018 to December 2020, and as an HR Business Partner - Retail, Restaurants & Kitchens from February 2017 to July 2018. Rachael also served as a Management Consultant - HR at Accenture from June 2015 to February 2017, where they provided various consulting services. Additionally, Rachael worked as an HR Business Partner at United Biscuits from September 2011 to June 2015, supporting the company in their people strategy and HR agenda. Rachael was involved in change management, talent management, resourcing, reward management, discipline & grievance case management, and policy management during their time at United Biscuits. Notably, they successfully designed and implemented forced distribution and performance management processes.

Rachael White has a diverse education history. Rachael obtained their Advanced CIPD qualification in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from CIPD Qualifications, where they studied from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in International Business Management from TBS Education, graduating in 2011.
