Simon Fitzsimmons

Simon Fitzsimmons has a diverse work experience in the fields of corporate finance, financial services M&A, and audit. Simon is currently working as a Corporate Finance Director at Howden Group Holdings since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Mazars for 14 years, serving as the Head of Financial Services M&A from July 2007 to April 2021. During this time, they also had a brief stint as the Interim Finance Director, Spain at GMAC-RFC in 2009. Simon started their career at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. as a Manager in January 2007 and later joined Mazars LLP as an Assistant Manager in September 2002. Simon worked in audit, assurance, and transaction services during their time at Mazars LLP until December 2006.
