Daniel Balmer

Daniel Balmer has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Daniel started their career at Unilever, where they held various financial management roles, including Trade Investment & Pricing Manager and Personal Care Finance Manager. Daniel then moved on to become the Global Audit Director for Unilever before joining Pepsi Lipton as the Global Financial Controller for their Joint Venture. Balmer later joined Upfield, where they served as the CFO for North West Europe, Eurasia, ANZ & Food Service, CFO for M&A, global Food Service and Transformation, and Head of FP&A. Currently, Balmer is working as the Commercial Finance Director at Howdens.

Daniel Balmer attended Warwick School from 1985 to 1996. Daniel then went on to the University of Exeter, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History from 1996 to 1999. In 2003, they pursued further education at CGMA and became a CIMA Qualified FCMA CGMA.
