Alice Andrews

Alice Andrews is currently the Managing Director at Howden Re since March 2024. Prior to this, Alice held the position of Head of Strategic Advisory, North America at Howden Tiger from October 2021 to April 2024. Alice also worked at McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager and Associate. Alice has a background in finance, having worked at Travelers in various roles such as Manager, Senior Financial Consultant, and as part of the Financial Management Leadership Development Program. Alice has experience in different locations including London, United Kingdom and Richmond, Virginia. Alice holds a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Business, Finance from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
