Massimo Reina

Massimo Reina is a seasoned executive in the insurance and reinsurance industry, currently serving as CEO, International at Howden Re since April 2023. Prior to this role, Massimo was with HowdenTiger for a brief period also in April 2023. From July 2008 to April 2023, Massimo held the position of CEO for Continental Europe and MENA at Guy Carpenter, and previously served as President & CEO of Italia and Head of International Fac. Massimo's career began at Aon London, where significant experience was gained as Managing Director from 1985 to 2000, before advancing to General Manager at Aon Re Italia from 2000 to 2007.
