David Dicecco

David DiCecco has a strong background in environmental services, currently serving as the Director of Environmental Services at Howell Engineering, Surveying and Environmental since 2005. Prior to this role, David worked as an Environmental Scientist at the same company, following a position as a Resource Conservationist at Chester County Conservation District from 2003 to 2005, and as a Stream Specialist at the Chesapeake Bay Foundation from 2001 to 2003. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in GeoEnvironmental Science from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania, completing studies there from 1998 to 2001.
