Emily Steliotes is an Agriculture and Food Systems Researcher with extensive experience in improving and expanding sustainability databases for food products. Emily has worked across various companies and research institutes, focusing on developing food information systems, curating food data, and leading research projects in food sustainability and informatics. Emily also co-founded Golden Acorn and The Job Feed, two initiatives aimed at empowering individuals in the food sustainability workforce through coaching, job curation, and career workshops. Their educational background includes a PhD in Agricultural and Environmental Chemistry and a Master's degree in Biochemical and Molecular Nutrition.
