Alison Stirrup

Alison Stirrup is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and finance within the aerospace and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Howmet Aerospace, Alison has previously held roles such as Continuous Improvement Manager and Finance and Production Controller at the same company. Prior experience includes Finance and Production Controller and Rings Global Controller at Arconic, as well as Plant Controller at Alcoa Fastening Systems & Rings. Alison's career began at Firth Rixson, where Alison served as Financial Controller, Assistant Divisional Controller, and Internal Auditor, following a tenure as Audit Manager at EY. Alison holds a Chartered Accountancy qualification from ICAEW and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from The University of Sheffield.
