Brandon Hayes

Brandon Hayes is a seasoned professional in procurement and quality assurance, currently serving as the Procurement & Quality Assurance Manager at Howmet Aerospace since January 2024. Previously, Brandon held the role of Procurement Operations Strategic Buyer at Howmet Aerospace from April 2020 to November 2023, along with experience as a Procurement Lead Specialist. Prior to this, Brandon worked at Arconic from November 2016 to April 2020, where roles included Procurement Lead Specialist, Supplier Quality Engineer, and Quality Assurance Technician. Brandon's career began at Alcoa as a Quality Assurance Technician, followed by a position at RTI International Metals, where responsibilities included Quality Assurance Technician and Logistics Coordinator. Brandon holds a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management and an Associate's degree in Information Technology/Networking from the University of Phoenix.
