Kerri Baxter

Kerri Baxter, SPHR has a vast and extensive work experience in human resources spanning over several companies. Kerri held various roles such as VP Global Benefits & MA&D at Howmet Aerospace, Global Human Resources Director at Arconic, and Human Resources Consultant at Alcoa. Kerri also had leadership positions at American Greetings, Sapa, and Mead Paper, showcasing their expertise in talent management, HR processes, acquisition, and integration strategies. Kerri'sjourney in HR began in 1995 and has since demonstrated their skills in strategic HR leadership and business-oriented HR practices.

Kerri Baxter, SPHR, obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management from Clayton State University in 1991. Kerri then completed a Master of Science (MS) in Organizational Development from the University of Phoenix in 1997. In 2010, Kerri obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI.
